My name is Yadysel Herrera Lindquist,

I am a Reiki Master Teacher with a deep passion for helping others find balance, peace, and healing through holistic therapies. My journey began over 14 years ago in Panama, during a time when I was seeking healing as a widowed mother of three. I discovered a wellness center that offered Reiki, Pranic Healing, color therapy, and meditation—modalities that helped transform my life from the inside out. Through the compassionate care of a therapist and the power of energy work, I began to heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

As my healing deepened, so did my calling. I immersed myself in training, ultimately becoming a Reiki Master Teacher under Master George Brown. For over a decade, I co-owned and operated a holistic wellness center in Panama, working with individuals on their own unique paths to healing.

With my children now grown and thriving—one a dentist, another a lawyer, and the third a lawyer, MBA, and professional bodybuilder—I followed life’s gentle nudge to the United States. What began as a visit to see my sister in Cornelius became a new chapter of love and purpose. Here, I met the man who would become my husband, and together we’ve made our home here along with our yellow lab, Martin.

Committed to lifelong learning, I continued my Reiki journey here under Master Deborah Dixon, an esteemed teacher at Duke University’s Integrative Medicine program. I now carry the honor of two Reiki lineages—each enriching the depth of my practice and the care I offer to others.

Today, my vision is to create a welcoming, nurturing space for healing. At our small studio in Davidson, I offer Reiki sessions that promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic alignment. I hold space for each client with intuitive care, helping them release blockages, restore balance, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
